Predefined Locations

When you use predefined locations you offer your visitors the possibility to filter events on them and view the location details.

You can override the General Booking Form here. This way you can create custom booking fields for this event or change the whole booking form completely.

Waitlist Booking

If your event reaches the number of maximum participants, you can either stop taking bookings or allow people to join a waiting list.

No online booking

You can also disable online booking in the Frontend for this event completely. You can still show and use maximum and minimum participants if you wish.

No custom fees for this event. When you enable Different Fees the global ones are used.

With the additional selectable fee options you can offer optional services.

Including Taxes

All fees in Matukio include taxes by default, if you want you can also change this in the Matukio configuration to just show net fees.

Payment processing

If you disable payment processing, the fees are still shown and the event can still be booked, but no payment processing will take place for the booking.

Custom Fees Relations

Custom Fees are always relative to the default fee. When you update your default fee all other fees are adjusted too. Custom fees can be either entered as a percentage or an absolute value in relation the normal fee.

Custom booking email and certificate

In this section you can override the default booking confirmation email and certificate for this event only. As always you can use any available placeholder. You can customise the default booking form in the booking tab.
